Chef in Italy® Cooking School is located into the Grand Hotel Terme di Stigliano spa Resort, a well known resort not far from Rome, nearby the beautiful lake and the nice village of Bracciano and 40 Km away from the “eternal city of Rome”. It is a modern Hotel and Beauty farm, surrounded by beautiful botanic gardens and magnificent green fields.

The hotel green park, offer a unique scenery on the roman countryside. A small ancient church dedicated to Saint Lucia, is here available.

Some ruins under protection of italian authorities for archeological research, are still visibile in the green park surrounding the Grand Hotel Stigliano.

Stigliano is a small village located in the province of Rome. The village is situated between the hamlet of Canale Monterano and Tolfa mountains, about 45 km north-west of Rome, 50 km far from Fiumicino airportt

1. Motorway - AUTOSTRADA DEL SOLE A1 – direction Rome

2. Exit ORTE

3. Take the dual-carriage way/superstrada direction VITERBO

4. Exit VITERBO SUD

5. Direction ROMA CASSIA

6. Drive through VETRALLA and CURA

7. Drive direction BRACCIANO

8. arrive in MANZIANA (10 km prior to Bracciano) turn right - direction CANALE MONTERANO and TOLFA . Drive 8 km and then turn left following the sign to “Terme di Stigliano”

ARRIVING from the South

1. Motorway - Autostrada del Sole A1 direction Florence

2. exit Orte and proceed towards Viterbo

3. exit Viterbo Sud direction Roma/Cassia - cross the towns of Vetralla and Cura and proceed towards Bracciano.

4. Once yon have reached Manziana turn right towards Canale Monterano / Tolfa. At kilometre 18 turn left following signs to STIGLIANO - Grand Hotel delle Terme.

ARRIVING From Rome:

1. Cassia Bis S2 route direction Viterbo

2. exit Bracciano and proceeds towards Manziana - Turn right direction canale Monterano / Tolfa. At kilometre 18 turn left following signs lo STIGLIANO -Grand Hotel delle Terme.
